Does your licence match your mopeds top speed?

Kent Police in Medway will be stopping mopeds and using a rolling road testing equipment known as a Dynostar. This will be used to find out the maximum speeds mopeds are capable of. If your licence does not enable you to ride a vehicle of more than 31 mph, this may result in the seizure of the moped or prosecution.
